Your own online personal fitness guide with strength workouts, cardio ideas & eating recommendations
Quarter One
The 1st Quarter phase is for anyone (experienced or inexperienced) who wants to make a Commitment to a healthier lifestyle. You are going to feel great while working at your own pace. Total body circuit strength training routines and fun, low-impact cardio sessions can be done with or without equipment at the gym or in the comfort of your own home. Simple dietary changes are mentioned during this phase but are not required. We focus more on eating habits in the other quarters. The basic principles of the 1st Quarter are the reasons why I decided to create 4 Quarter Fitness. These 1st Quarter principles resurrected my mind, body, and soul!
Quarter Two
The 2nd Quarter is for the person who loves to strength train. It’s all about pumping iron and building muscle. These strength routines follow some of the beliefs of ‘old school’ bodybuilding. Quarter Two focuses on working different body parts on different days using split routines. Cardio is optional. Sets and repetitions vary depending on the trainee’s goals.
Quarter Three
As a coach, sometimes you need to make major adjustments at halftime to get back into the game. For these decisions to be successful, your team must play with tremendous effort. However, these physical efforts cannot be done for long periods of time. The same goes for the type of training done in the 3rd Quarter. Quarter 3 is a 1-4 week system to shed those final pounds before a big event like a beach vacation, wedding, or class reunion. You need to be in good shape before attempting the 3rd Quarter! The 3rd Quarter focuses on circuit strength training, intense cardio sessions, and strict eating principles. The 3rd Quarter helps you look your best at the right time!
Quarter Four
The 4th Quarter is for the experienced trainee who wants to create their own workout routines. I recommend changing your exercise routine monthly so you never get bored. The choice is yours! 4 Quarter Fitness provides you with the knowledge, examples, and fitness levels so you can create a plan for yourself to stay motivated and focused. A year-long example guide is provided for you among other training ideas. By clicking on the 4th Quarter and studying our exercise encyclopedia, the trainee is entering a fitness world where they will be challenged not only physically but also mentally. Enjoy your journey toward a healthy mind, body, and soul!
